Right Heel/ Achilles Tendon Pain

On Sunday June 29^{th, 2008} I injured my right heel – diagnosed at Collingwoood Marine Hospital Emergency as a Ruptured Achilles Tendon – Xrays taken – on advice of Cam Stott, D.C. I underwent three treatments of Laser Therapy from Candice McIntyre, Laser Therapist. 

I went from not being able to weight bear on my right foot unless pain to experiencing No pain and completely functioning normally.  Each treatment resulted in a much faster return to normality.

Three years ago in April I had a stroke and a second stroke three months later. Leaving me with pain in my right arm that was sometimes unbearable, aweful tingling and numbness in my fingers.

My life style changed greatly, I could have something in my right hand and not even know it.  I lost the ability to write and control anything in that hand.

After one treatment of laser the pain decreased greatly. After three laser treatments the pain is next to nothing and the finger tips tingle slightly.

Condition: Plantar Fasciitis (heal and arch pain)

I had gradual improvement with Ultrasound and was able to walk better.  After Laser treatment, the healing continued gradually.

Herniated Disc & Bursitis:

A fall initialed a Disc herniation. This resulted in muscle spasms, pain in the buttock, thigh, calf and foot. I was barely able to walk and lying on floor was the only position that was comfortable.

When I started Chiropractic care and massage I was able to start walking and doing gentle exercise for my back flexability.
